18 mins for a Hot Honey chicken sandwich. Nasty cold dry fries. Manager lady and another employee were too interested in being... on their phones then getting orders done. Rode over on my pedal bike because I had placed a carry out order when I arrived the lobby was closed and was told to ride... through the drive thru on a pedal bike for my order when it was sitting inside under heat lamps. Going through the drive thruto pick up my food ended up making me late for work.
