I have been a customer of State Line for 45 years. Earlier this evening I called State Line and asked what time last order was.... They told me 8:40. I called at 8:25 to order. The guy said we?re closed. I told him I called earlier and was told last order was8:40. The guy said, ?Shut up. It wasn?t me.? And he hung up on me! Very disappointing treatment. I was in the area and craved a pizza, obviously. I walked inside this establishment and I wanted to check out their menu. They... gave me a magnet with a code to scan through my phone?s camera. It directed me to their website to check out the menu. That wasa new concept and interesting. I looked it over and made a call to them to place my order. I ordered a Large Thin Crust Pizzawith Crumbled Sausage, Pepperoni, and Onion. I was told it would be ready by 9, so I just waited outside in my car. It probablytook about 30 minutes. I waited a bit to try it out, since the box was pretty hot. They even put foil in the box. The pizzawas, of course, crispy. It was a Thin Crust Pizza after all. I?d say they didn?t cheap out on the crumbled sausage or pepperoni,but the onions were difficult to locate. That was a bummer. The cheese layered on the pizza was good enough. I did enjoy theircrispy crust for the most part. It was definitely a change of pace from other pizza places. The pizza as a whole, would mostlybe on the line of average. I didn?t hate it, but I just didn?t love it, either. I would also say that they should have goneheavier on the sauce. It was pretty distant. The employees were friendly and easy to communicate with. I didn?t have any issueshere in terms of service, so that?s a big plus. Overall, this place is a tiny bit above average for me, so they deserve threestars. I might return here, but I might not. The food is excellent.The pizza is always piping hot and the sauce is exquisite. Friendly service but alittle stiff.But just... like everything else the prices are almost to much to order out but I'm sure if we're paying more so are they.The only thing I'mpassed off about is they got rid of their loyalty rewards program, collect 15 coupons get a free medium pizza.i mean the pricesare already jacked why take it out on us especially since we've been customers long before the new owners even walked in thedoor. An area staple for good pizza. The staff is friendly and the pizza is better than most in the Region. Sausage is my go to.
