I love love Starbucks but unfortunately this location always seems to mess my simple order of a venti vanilla soy chai light ice... and always get a vanilla soy latte. I usually go to this location because of it's convenience, but I will have to pass since Inever get what I ask for. I thought.maybe if I go inside to place my order that might make a difference as I normally do drivethru. SLOWEST Starbucks in the world. Took about 20 minutes for my drink to be made and before that about 10 minutes for them to even... take my order and there wasn't a line I was the only one standing they didn't even bother to acknowledge me and let me know theywould be a moment but they saw me standing there. This location is either a hit or miss! I pay almost $9 for my drink and 85% of the time, it taste watered down! When I mentioned... it to them and told them, they were rude! The baristas have to do better! I just want EXACTLY what I paid for, it?s that simple!At times, I?ve resulted to going to McDonald?s and purchasing their Frappe and a coffee and mixing the two to create my owndrink which then has flavor and a lot less cheaper might I add! The last few visits have been a bad experience. At first I assumed that maybe it was the high volume of traffic inside, but I... have also been there at 6am and it seems as if the staff is just becoming more lazy in making the drinks as asked. The lastvisit, I had a male employee at the drive thru window pretty much correct me when I asked for sweet cold foam shaken in thedrink instead of adding it on top. His response ?we all have headsets and can?t hear all that but maybe next time don?t ask itfor it like that? as he proceeded to hand me over the drink. One of many reasons as to why I rather drive a bit further down andspend my money at another location where the baristas are a bit more friendlier. Read more
