Super slow, rude and terrible. I don't recommend anyone coming here because it will take you out of your character dealing with... these untrained and unprofessional employees that will all claim to be manager when you ask for one. If the employee who saidshe was the manager actually was it explains why the store is run so poorly. Learn how to do online orders, make them if youknow your machines mess up and you're looking at a receipt or shut it down! Grow a brain and use it. You're not working forfree, the job is simple. If it is inconvenient doing your job quit instead of spreading your misery to paying customers. Read more

Drive through was closed but not blocked off (cones, signs, etc.) which was frustrating. Inside service was prompt and... courteous. Great, hot food (chicken tenders) for on-the-go travel through eating. Read more

This location needs to be shut down. Dirty and falling apart. Drive thru always closed and always out of food. Extremely poor... management 9/30/22 Why even have a drive thru if you never use it. They are lacking in the cleanliness department. Tables were left with crumbs and food. The table I thought was okay had pop... spilled on the bench seat which we didn't see in time for my husband to avoid sitting on it. Gross ???? Chicken was okay butthey only had spicy. Beans and rice was skimpy on both. Popeyes used to be better. Read more

The food is good, but good luck actually getting something. The past several times I have gone, they either have no food (which... is ridiculous, imagine constantly running out of the only thing you sell), the restaurant is randomly closed with no notice, orthe 1 person there is ready to leave and doesn't take your order. I am sick and tired of wasting my time in a line for no reasonwith no advance notice that they aren't gonna give me my food. I've had to cancel 3 separate mobile orders because of this, andit is only a problem at this specific location. I can put up with a bit of a wait, but I can't put up with my time being wasted. Had Popeyes waited a long time in drive thru. Once we got up to speaker to ordered we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait... on the chicken. Finally got our order and they forgot our red beans and rice. Disappointed. Plus your prices are up and theside orders are getting smaller. They are not even filling them all the way. For a family of 4 how do you split a half an orderof red beans and rice? Someone goes without. That's not right! And then some of us are still hungry. Disappointed in Popeyes. Read more

Only 2 people working and had a huge line. I did not mind waiting but they need more help at this location because it took... forever. The food was good and made fresh which I appreciated. They did not give us utensils or napkins so had to wait again toget those. The southern rice was bland and but tasty at all. I would definitely come back just wish they had more employees tomake the more bearable. Read more

I was not happy with my order yesterday and didn?t even get a receipt to know who may be partially responsible. My order was... inaccurate. There?s no customer service. The cashier yesterday was not attentive with a poor attitude. There?s always a line atthis location and they are very slow. My food wasn?t even hot. The only positive is that they provided without me askingdifferent sauce packets. If you can, go elsewhere. Read more
