They are lacking in the cleanliness department. Tables were left with crumbs and food. The food is good, but good luck actually getting something. The past several times I have gone, they either have no food (which... is ridiculous, imagine constantly running out of the only thing you sell), the restaurant is randomly closed with no notice, orthe 1 person there is ready to leave and doesn't take your order. I am sick and tired of wasting my time in a line for no reasonwith no advance notice that they aren't gonna give me my food. I've had to cancel 3 separate mobile orders because of this, andit is only a problem at this specific location. I can put up with a bit of a wait, but I can't put up with my time being wasted. Super slow, rude and terrible. I don't recommend anyone coming here because it will take you out of your character dealing with... these untrained and unprofessional employees that will all claim to be manager when you ask for one. If the employee who saidshe was the manager actually was it explains why the store is run so poorly. Learn how to do online orders, make them if youknow your machines mess up and you're looking at a receipt or shut it down! Grow a brain and use it. You're not working forfree, the job is simple.
