Where to begin? Well, this place is ran by kids. When I went they only had 2 servers for the entire restaurant? There was food... all over the tables, chairs and floor. I asked the person that seated us if they could sweep and wipe down our table. I gotnothing going but attitude and a delay on the sweeping and she just swept it next to the other table. The only reason I gavethis a 1 is because I decided to stay and the young server was nice. But the food was ok and oh get this...I found several gamecharges on my card and they were the only folks that had access to my card. So I had to change my card and I don't trust thatplace at all. Service was horrible got seated and had to wait 20 minutes for our drinknorder to be taken then had to wait over an hour for our... food that was delivered to us ice cold. Over 90 minutes just to get our food just for it to be cold. Waitress never checked upon us to make sure everything was OK. Then talked to the manager just for her to say that there was nothing that they could doabout the situation. Read more
Very disappointed!!! In an almost empty establishment, we waited more then 30 min to be seated. The waitress at the front did... not have a pen to write the name on and with few waitresses moving around like the will fall asleep its no wonder the businessis discouraging. We left without being served. Will never go there again, first IHope that you may not get served in a timelymanner. Okay I want to start by saying Thank you to the person who rocked this restaurant?s customer service and made our visit that... much more pleasant, so BIG THANK YOU TO TYLER and the rest of the staff who worked the day after Christmas! You made my Lady?sday (birthday) with the effort and appreciation you put forth with what you had to work with. We all chose breakfast and to oursurprise there was a bit of a wait but our food was ready before we could ponder ???? it?s eta. My hat off to the ????????? alsofor his/her fast ???? cooking and accuracy. To be honest there were four other parties that were also being waited on as wedined. All in all the food was expected good breakfast and the service was exceptionally spectacular. Once again thank you ToTyler and the entire staff that did their thang for us on the 26 of December 2021! I had a great waitress. A hard worker who was professional. I wish she could of done something about the flies who tried to join... me and a couple of other diners. It was almost a battle for supremacy over my steak and eggs. Other than the air assault it waswhat you'd expect from this chain. Read more
