i ordered a peach coconut milk refresher and it was terrible. the milk tasted like it had gone bad. i've had the regular... refresher and coconut milk many times but the taste was awful with this drink. i went back and kindly asked if i can a refundbecause the coconut milk tasted weird and i felt like it had gone bad. the manager came and said to me "that's your problem forordering the drink" ive never experienced such ignorance at a food place ever. i didn't get my refund or store credit. terriblecustomer service! The staff was friendly and prompt. My order was made right, the first time, and I didn't have to wait long to get it.
Drive thru is a well oiled machine! Shoutout to the workers busting their butts. They deserve a raise!
Going downhill fast...asked for a specific drink was told I have to tell them exactly what I want in the drink....never had to... give a play by play on ingredients before this visit... Always great service in the mornings. The line usually moves quickly. Not the easiest to access when the drive-thru line is long... and there is a lot of traffic on Kennedy. But this is still one of my favorite locations in the area. Friendly staff. Read more
