This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad... days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly. Read more

My mom and I decided to go to Baskin Robbins for our $2 off for T-Mobile customers. While we were placing our orders the... employee tells us to hurry up and order because it was packed when it was only two cars behind us. When we pull up to the windowthere is this very rude male employee yelling at us and some other man who pulled off to the side because thean didn't get hisorder right. Then he gets mad when my mom tells him to send the icecream back because he waited 3 minutes to give it to talkingto other customers; for all I know he probably accidentally spitted in it and it was literally melting. Then he got an attitude.I'll spare you the rest of the details but, all I have to say is never come here and this employee should be fired.???? I reallywished I could have gave it zero stars. I love Baskin Robbins. This location is new and the service is like no other. I love that they are so fast. They sound a little... rude over the speaker box but when you get to the window they have your order and a smile. They really do a wonderful job withspeed if service. Read more
