So glad we detoured to visit Carnivore BBQ! Not only was the service fantastic (our server was so sweet!), but the food was... super delicious and hit our table quickly. The brisket was some of the best I?ve ever had (and I?ve had a fair bit), the sauceswere incredible, the collard greens were on point (apple cider vinegar - who knew?), and holy jeebus if you do nothing else, getthe deep fried deviled eggs. The restaurant is super cute & clean. The price vs what you get is a little more on the expensive side. I ordered the baked... potato with brisket, they charge an extra 4$ for brisket, but barley put any on the potato ( definitely not worth the extramoney - stick with the pulled pork). Absolutely the best food I've ever eaten. My husband inhaled the greens so we took home a 1/2 lbs of them. The meat is so tender... & juicy and the selection of sauces have something for every pallete. I could write a book on how amazing this place was. Clean,sanitary, and nice decor without any webs or dust ...even on the ceiling vents- clean! This was the best food I've had diningout PERIOD. (In 40 yrs) I've traveled the U.S. & have stopped in every state- even lived in Florida for awhile and this was thebest experience and the most perfect food I've ever had. Food and Service were exceptional! I love that they bring you a couple samples before you order. One of the samples is colored... greens which I do not like, until now?they were amazing! I went for BBQ and ordered a Barbarian Burger and it was INCREDIBLE! I will definitely be back! Read more
I have been here a few times and have liked everything I tried! This last time I had the giant Dino Tator which I could not... quite finish. It was stuffed with pulled pork, cheese, bacon, tomato, and other goodies. Read more
First time visit and we were very impressed. We were given samples and everything was delicious. I tried collard greens for the... first time. They were very tasty. We decided on the pulled pork.
