Where do I start??? I came to this establishment around 10pm on Saturday, September 17,2022. The customer service was horrible.... We ordered the 2 for $6 and we were told that the whopper was not apart of that deal however I know that is not true. Then sheoffered the 2 for $10 which was fine but then she said the whooper was not offered on this deal as well. She then said wouldyou just like 2 whopper meals we said yes and moved on. She upsized to a large without asking. I had a second order which was a# 2 (bacon king meal) and a #6 (chicken finger meal) however when the meals were rung up they were rung up as whopper meals andwhen the cashier was addressed about it she said oh we dont go by the menu. we finally get to the window and she insults mypassenger by saying that he couldnt afford the food thats why she didnt give him fries with his food. She suggested him to buythe 2 whoppers and fries and she would give him the drink. He received the 2 whoppers but no fries. I asked to verify the secondorder and they had a chicken fries meal and a whopper meal ( which we didnt order) SO she got upset and cleared the entireorder and started over. of course by this time im irritated. my backseat passengers finally receive their food . We have a busy family. With that being said we consume more than average amounts of fast food. This is by far the best burger... king we have been to. The general manager Ryan, went out of his way to make our visit pleasant. We stopped in on our way homefrom vacation. All of us were sun burnt, tired, and irritable. My wife rattled off her order to me on her way to the restroom. I got it wrong. When Ryan brought our food to the table my wife asked about her onion rings at which time I apologizedand told her I didn't hear her ask for the. Ryan said he would go get her some. Then my kids burgers didn't have cheese. Ididn't specifically ask for it. My asked if they were supposed to come with it and was informed they did come with cheese. Wewould have been fine with them handing us 2 slices of cheese to throw on. Ryan insisted that they would remake the burgers. Heeven let us keep the first ones for our dogs. Above and beyond service. Service like this is becoming a thing of the past in atime when we need it more than ever. Thank you burger king and Ryan. Read more
Ordered two large sprites and got one medium tea and a medium sprite. One of the fries were missing. food was old, cold, and... dry. Fries tasted like they had gone bad. Tea tasted like mold. This place is poorly run and likely rarely cleaned properly. Read more
The guy at window 1 creepily stuck his head out the window to look into my window. The guy at window 2 seems to think a customer... is yelling at him when all I did was slightly raise my voice which I wouldn't have had to do if he would have listened to me inthe first place that I'd ordered and paid for two large coffees. Instead he was misogynistic calling me sweetie and tried togive me a "free small coffee on the house for the inconvenience". At this point, yes I did slightly raise my voice because thedude was incapable of considering he was wrong and again, refused to listen and I wasn't leaving without getting what I paidfor. I promise I will never spend another penny at this facility. I ordered an impossible Whopper with cheese and extra onion. I... opened it and it had 1 1/2 ring of onion and the employee said I don?t know what you thinking but that?s heavy onion. Sorry thiswon?t happen again. No thank you.
