Hit or miss. I went a few weeks ago and it was excellent. I went tonight and the steak was over cooked the first time,... undercooked the second, and just overall not great flavor. Staff was nice but the girls in the front couldn’t be bothered togreet us when we walked in- we clearly interrupted gossip section. Manager was great and attentive with the steak issue. Hoststand needs some training for sure. Overall 3 stars for my combined visits. 1 star for tonight. Read more
Medium-rare steak was so overcooked my son couldn't eat it. Unfortunately our server was MIA for the duration of our meal so we... couldn't get a properly cooked steak. I won't visit this location again. Read more
The waiter was kind and efficient its well sadly a chain restaurant that started out ok but now the food each and every time... (three in total) is held under warm lights that by the time it arrives at the table the steak is barely warm, side dishes arehit or miss and than the manager does the "fly" bye " is everything ok" as they are walking by the table. Texas Roadhouse is the best! From the staff to their delicious food! Location: It is located in Hamilton NJ. Lot of seatings... inside. As always it is busy!! Call ahead for reservation! Service: The staff is always nice in all locations. Food: First ofall the FREE BREAD and PEANUTS is the best!! Breads are freshly baked and when it comes it is hot and comes with sweet butterwhich match it perfectly! Bucket of peanuts is served while you wait for your order! BONE IN RIBEYE: so delicious! Juicy andplease make it medium well. Sides are amazing too my faves are BUTTERED CORN and STEAMED VEGETABLES! BBQ RIBS: the meat pullsout of the bone! The sauce is delicious. COMBO GRILLED CHICKEN and 6 oz SIRLOIN: this is perfect for me! Cause I can eat bothwith a small portion, plus I ended up having to take it home. BAKED SALMON: taste fresh and not that much seasoning so you canactually taste the salmon! CACTUS BLOSSOM: omg this is my favorite here, so crunchy and good! We went there on saturdays night and there was 1 hour wait time. But fortunately we had call 15-20 minutes later we put our name... on. Even though it was so busy servers were really quick, friendly and helpful. We ordered Cesar salad, cactus blossom(amazing)grilled shrimps, sirloin and ribeye as main course. Walked in on a Tuesday night . It was kind of busy but there still wasn’t a wait . Our server Kier was excellent. Very high... energy , attentive and made our dining experience so much better . I got the sirloin medium and shrimp with loaded mash andbroccoli my date got sirloin with ribs loaded mash and green beans . Both were delish and presentation / serving size was good .For drinks I got a house lit and sangria margarita on the rocks . I definitely recommend that sangria it did what was supposedto be done lol . My date got the ma go margarita it was a little too sweet for my taste but if you like sweet drinks give it atry .
