This place was not what I expected. Staff was not very friendly or inviting. The food was ok. The prices were expensive for a... carryout, but they gave good portions. The restaurant needs updating. Prices were not as advertised so I was not sure if theyraised it just for us because the menus were not accurate. Ask for the real price before you order! Update- So now I havechanged this review to one star. The attitude of the Employees is reflected in the disrespectful response to receiving a badreview. And I weigh 130lbs so no diabetes here. You are clearly unprofessional and it shows throughout your business. You didn'teven inquire about why the experience was not good or how to fix it! You need a PR team or just some manners. And if you couldread, then you would have seen that it wasn't the prices that was the problem but the fact that you were too cheap to reprintthe menus or signage to reflect the changes. Read more
I got a cheesesteak with a bunch of stuff on it kinda like hoagie haven. I will say the staff seemed a little annoyed with there... body language but beside that was very exceptional service. The quality of the sandwich is great. The only thing I have I issuewith is the price. I got a large (which isn?t the size of the picture I cut it in 4s). I like gaetanos but for over 25 dollarscompared to the same thing at hoagie haven for 14.50. I?d rather go with the cheaper option! Read more
Food was great. Got a mini cheesesteak hoagie, was huge. Also got a side of mozzarella sticks, never had this kind before. They... are huge and good. Not the soggy under cooked ones everyone els has. Good talking with you and your mom last week. Read more

Rude counter woman menu says one price $12.95 was told another price$14.00 then when the food is ready told another price$16.00... all I got was a medium cheesesteak with onions, ketchup and mayo. The steak was less than what I expected from the Gaetano name.To compare with other cheesesteaks in the area not good at all. It was edible but not what I expected. On a scale of 1 to 10 Igive it a 3. I will never eat from here again. More bread than anything. I can do better at home or Meatheadz. Read more

If you would have taken the time to understand and actually care... about your customers you would have understood I was ordering the nachos for a child and only wanted 3 toppings on the side.Special handling was not requested for the cheesesteak.
