The manager working at this location at 1:22 pm was absolutely rude and not friendly at all. She had horrible customer service.... We brought a whole basketball team there and all of us got poor service. She was throwing orders in the bag and handing it tocustomers I'm a rude manner. She tossed my fries in the bag and I touched the fries as I was looking through my bag at my orderand she took the fries that I touched and dumped it back into the fry bin that other customers would be eating from. Always slow, I could wait at a restaurant and get service quicker, the ladies on the drive thru are really bad here, would... recommend going to a wendys with more competent employees, ive been the only car in the drive thru and waited 5 minutes just toplace my order. The food was good as usual. However, the ketchup and napkin dispensers were empty when I went there. Also, one of the drink... machines was out of a couple of flavours, but I was able to get a coke from the other machine. Note that the drinks are warm ifyou don't add ice. Read more
Placed a mobile order at this location and had to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker to order, and then another 5 at the... window to collect our order. One star is generous. The service was horrible. VERY slow. We were in the drive through line for almost half an hour. Employees... have zero sense of urgency and were very rude. To top it all off, my burger looked like it had been flattened. I will not begoing back. Read more

Main (Baconator) ?????? *Ingredients*: bread, bacon, beef, cheese, ketchup and... mayo *Presentation*: ????? - an exceptionally dull burger with meat and meat and a sauce that looks like meat. Not a good look,especially when compared to other well-rounded Wendy's burgers (the Dave's series, for example.) *Aroma*: ????? - slightly toomuch meat for my liking. The patty smells sweet, but the bacon slices smell too marinated. Burgers don't tend to have the bestaroma, so this is to be expected. *Flavour*: ????? - meat through and through. The patty tastes freshly grilled, juicy, andunmarinated; remarkable for a $10 burger. The bacon, though excessively brined, adds some much needed salt to an otherwise blandprofile. *Texture*: ????? - bacon hard, patty soft, burger good. This location was very clean, well-maintained and modern. The food was good and the service was great yesterday! Especially by... Raazi, he delivered excellent customer service and was very accommodating. Definitely deserves a raise and promotion. Will becoming back! Read more
