1st order I placed was a little messed up, I called to just mention what happened to them and they didn't argue a thing and sent... me and my girlfriend both another meal but with fries and double patties! We had a gift card and the app was giving us issues with it. A staff member got our order started while we kept trying the app... so we wouldn't have to wait so long. We had young kids with us so that was very thoughtful and much appreciated. He was sokind and patient with the kids and went above and beyond to help make our experience a good one. I came in for a pick up for an online swiss chalet order, but when i entered, love the concept of all these restaurants to pick... and choose, Staff is very friendly and one of the Manager (sorry forgot his name) mentioned they now also have cheesecakeFactory cakes, ordered my fav oreo cheesecake, loved it was in and out in no time. Ordered through Skip The Dishes, they forgot 3/4's of my order. Food I actually received was gross! Quinoa Onion Rings were... massive, but the onions were raw. Buffalo Chicken Wrap, 1 single Chicken strip in a giant wrap. Very disappointing, won't beordering from them ever again. Free hot sauce was ???? only good part of the meal. Read more
