Worst Tim Hortons in the city- The service is disgraceful and gives the franchise a very bad name. They put untrained workers at... the register who have no idea about the current promotions. It also doesn't matter what kind of coffee you order, all of themare prepared the same, tasting like water mixed with milk, and every coffee is made as a double double. Worst Tim Hortons ever . Went in a.couple of times slow and rude people. I have Tim's app they don't recognize it . 2 can dine... 2 classic breakfast sandwiches 2medium coffee and 2 hash browns . Would not give medium only small coffee, also she chargedfor 2 hash brown. Said it was not included in combo . Worst App Ever! What kind of restaurant app doesn?t have a menu on it?!? I don't understand how they could get my order wrong! I clearly ordered 1 lge coffee & 2 Smiles Cookies! Easy, I thought! We... got the coffee, 1 Smile Cookie & 2 Tim Bits! Charged $1 for the 2 Tim Bits & then I guess no donation for the SmilesFoundation! We didn't find the error until too late to go back! Staff very rude at times and always apart from coffee you order they say do not have or take something else . This is the 4th... time it happened. The place is unclean and unhygienic. Read more
