I just ordered coffee, latte, and home style tea biscuit but I?m so disappointed I didn?t get the right order. Also, my drink... was half full and they gave me cheese biscuit, which I didn?t order When I ask the lady on the window that can you put morecoffee in my cup and change the biscuit she said no it is what it is and this lady on the window very rude all the time alwaysdisappointed from this Tim Horton. Called and asked for a Take 12. I called ahead so the staff weren?t overwhelmed. They thanked me and told me ? we will start it... right away?. Drove 15 minutes to pick it up. I was told ? we don?t have any boxes for it ?. I asked why they didn?t tell me thaton the phone when I called ahead. They shrugged their shoulders. Thanks for the terrible service and waste of gas/time. Wasn?timpressed with the passed out crack head at their front door either. Stay away from this place if you can. Keep up the bad work. I went through drive thru to get my regular timbits and iced coffee. When I went to take a sip since they don?t offer straws... anymore the whole coffee fell all over me. I didn?t go back as I was too furious and would say something I regret. But do theyreally have to be that careless to just throw lids on and make sure their not on properly. You have a job to do, don?t rush. Ialso asked for assorted timbits for my son and I got all plain, which isn?t fun for the poor guy. Read more

This location is a joke. There are only 3 employees there that are decent, the rest of them have to adjust their attitude. 98%... of the time I go to drive thru and not only are they rude but they get my order wrong alot of time. I can see once, but makingmistakes as often as I've experienced is ridiculous. Read more

Very good service.look like girl was under training and running around for help. Service was 5 star as she did well to help me... with my order but ordered was messed so definitely need some training on beverages making. Ordered creamy chill and it?s likeplain ice only, not sweet enough. Read more

Drive-thru employees severely lack customer service skills, manners towards customers, and serving burning hot coffee without... double cupping the coffee and then arguing back to me that ?It?s just fresh coffee? is unacceptable behaviour. Won?t be comingback here and the food is disgusting because it?s always rushed. My advice to the owner of this Tim Hortans is to properly trainhis or her employees on customer service skills on how to prepare food and coffee it?s not that difficult. Very slow, asked for one modification to my sandwich (cream cheese instead of mayo) which they didn't do. Didn't want to wait... for a remake because I don't have time to wait that long and I was starving. Don't bother with the potato wedges, they wereawful. Washrooms were clean at least. Read more
