Best location downtown. Very consistent, my steeped tea is always made nicely. The little lady with the glasses who works here... is always efficient and friendly!! Just wish it was opened on the weekends too. Read more
Don't like this location. Its always too busy. And the staff can use a course in customer service.
First of all its a busy place. I oredred from the mobile for pick up. When I went there and asked one lady about the oreder, she... replied(with anger) that we did not get any mobile order. I went to another lady, she said it would be on the other side of thestore(same lady who said no order recieved). When i went there the order was right besides her which was one corner of thestore. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had, the little blonde girl is probably the most miserable excuse of a human... being I have ever met, it took 3 visits to write this review, every other store mixes my iced coffee this woman just hands it toyou un stirred, especially after adding espresso and flavour shots, the coffee literally comes looking unbuilt and she gives itto you to stir yourself, no one?s forcing her to do this job and if fire her before someone gets mad enough to do something toher because I honestly felt like verbally assaulting her myself but not wasting my time on a menial employee who can?t do thejob she applied to do.
