In my entire 40 years I have never ever been treated and yelled at the way I was treated by Tim Horton at this location! It was... simply because I ordered Iced cap and the lady heard Iced Coffee. She was rude and told me that I should have paid attentionwhen she repeated the order! Me, my husband and my son who is a 3rd year student at MaMaster did NOT hear her repeat the orderso there was no way we made a mistake. She kept talkong rudely as if I made the greatest mistake in the world! I was so baffled!I asked her why she wss talking so rudely and she said I could go to other location if I did not like the service. I paid thedifference but was denied food and the window was kept shut for 3 minutes!! The name of the girl who yelled and treated usrudely, I was told she was the Manager and she was arrogant enough to tell me her name was Rupender. I go to Tim Hortons allover GTA, this is not a service and attitude I expected from a Manager of Tim Horton! No one else came to stop her or toapologize. Usually a pretty good location never had any major issues. Only issue is the selection sucks for baked goods.

For the longest time they weren?t offering any straws. That?s like going to a restaurant and they give no cutlery. Why would I... want to drink my iced coffee without a straw? Tim?s clear plastic cups aren?t great to drink straight out of. And when youorder a double double on-app the order says ?original blend? followed by ?double double?. They always just give an originalblend black coffee without even looking at what the whole order says! I get that this is a busy location but if you?re going toopen up a franchise in such a busy area then you?ve gotta prepare for the customers. Got the weirdest response from the white woman working around 5 pm today when I asked her to activate my cold brew offer. She... legit denied my offer to my face and when I asked why, her response was ?makes no sense.? lol. The white guy, her co-worker, wasa real life saver though.
