My boyfriend ordered today a regular medium ice coffee, the girl asked if he wants it black and he said no but still got a... medium black ice coffee. Then he went back to complain, instead of adding cream and sugar in the ice coffee, he was given creamon a espresso cup for him to do it on his own and in additional they just laughed. That is the most disgusting and disrespectfulthing to do especially they are working around paying costumers. Read more
I asked for an Ice Coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar and they put like 12 sugar shots in it. It was like drinking melted ice... cream. I'm pretty sure I have diabetes now. Read more
Horrible experience. I ordered a large triple triple. When received the lid was not on and coffee spilt all down myself and... all down my brand new 2021 White BMW. My car has coffee stains all down the drivers door and coffee burn all down my chest asit spilt. I have tried to reach out to owner and a week later and still no response. If I do not hear back soon I willcontact Hamilton spec and a lawyer. Read more
Decided to try this location since I needed to go to Scotiabank right next door, big mistake. I burned $10 in gas waiting for 2... coffee's that are horrible. It was nice of the employee to help the car ahead of me to figure out their Timmies App butunfortunately they should not have wasted everyone else's time and gas for 1 person who should have parked and went in.
