This was the worst experience of my life not only as a customer but as an loyal customer the management is just ridiculous they... don?t care about how you feel or how long you are waiting was also waiting for my food it took 30 mins, thought it was fast foodnot slow. They all just talk and make things for them selves not a good experience funny how the gas station location is betterthen the actual building it a joke if your Coming to this location go somewhere else I promise u something from the garbage isbetter then all the things they have, they don?t make it with care it?s so rushed I understand you have to move fast but that?snot the case they move slow and still mess up the order 0/10 experience and yet again you guys lost another customer ! Very poor customer service. I went today around 4 pm. The person who took my order was very rude and seem like she discriminated... people. She took my Oder and when I said regular coffee she looks angry like I was tell something wrong. Then talk with me veryunpleasant. Also potato fries she gave me quality and quantity is worse. I work nearby so this is my go to location. Every day the bagels are terrible. They are consistently cold and hard, and there's... either never any butter, or so much butter that it can't melt because it's on so thick, and of course the bread is too cold tohelp melt anything. I had a horrible experience here going through Drive-thru. We ordered a large order and I was told off by one of the older... associates. About 10 minutes ago, ?drive thru is for convenience not large orders? if that?s a rule have it posted and keep yourmouths shut behind the window we can hear you talking smack about our orders! My partner ordered an a la carte breakfast, sausage and egg. Was given a cheese slice instead of egg and when asked to just... quickly fix the mistake they made, they insisted she had to pay AGAIN to get what she had originally ordered. Me and my friends went to a this location around 11:10 am ,give a order less than 50$ , the lady who took my order was kind of... rude .The lady tells us u guys can not order around 40$ order in drive thru looks like she was racist and the staff membersinside was feeling frustrated and it shows that they were lazy to make our order and showing Improper gestures on us giving ushard time .Food we did get was poorly done and soggy . I got a delivery order through Skip. They wrote me a little note. They wrapped the drinks separately in plastic so the food... wouldn?t get wet. It was a great job and they took care. Read more
Tim Horton's is most definitely my go to place for coffee!!! I like their muffins too but I can't eat anything from Their Bagel... Bar. They serve turkey and I'm very allergic to the stuff so I can't take the chance that my bagel would be buttered on the samecutting board that someone's turkey sandwich had just been prepared on or that the same knife that was used to cut someone'sturkey sandwich is now cutting my bagel in half after it was toasted and buttered!
