Long wait times. Needs some efficiency. A very kind staff but every time I stop here for a coffee, whether drive thru or walk... in, it takes a frustratingly long time. Today there were approx 8 staff and no one taking walk in orders. 4 people standingaround watching someone change the milk in a machine. Organization goes a long way. Read more
Leave yourself an extra 30 minutes if you plan on coming through this drive thru. On a good day it's a 15 minute wait. You could... drive to the grocery store, get fresh coffee beans, order a coffee maker off of amazon and wait for it to be delivered and havea coffee made faster than this place could get you one. Always out of everything. Machines always broken. Longest drive thru waits in the city. Honestly, I drive or walk out of my way... to avoid this timmies even though it's the closest one. I can drive across town and be home before they'd even take an order.Wouldn't recommend. Read more
Worst Tim Hortons in town. Bad customer service, they all look like they hate their job. Drive thru takes forever and they... always mess up my order. I always ask for a combo at the drive thru and when I pull up I pay full price, miss an item, and neverget the combo.I told them on the phone I was missing 2 muffins and they gave me 1 muffin and the girl gave me attitude saying?you said 1 on the phone but ok?.? The afternoon shift is very slow. Person at the window looked as if he was having panic attack cashing out orders and line in... the drive thru was not moving at all. I love this Tim Hortons the food and drinks are aways made correctly I just try not to goin the afternoon. Read more
3 people working, not busy at all, and forget to charge me for a donut I asked for 2 times... then need to pay twice... some... people do not have unlimited transactions so this is very irritating. The donut also was a fail lol. Thanks Tim's. Read more
Prompt, efficient service by staff for drive thru.. Ordered the roast beef with crispy onions sandwich and hot white chocolate.... The beverage had an odd taste and will not order again in the future but the sandwich tastes good. It was served on a ciabattabun with cheese. Recommend request to add some mayo on bun. Read more
