Coffee is consistent. Staff are polite. Drive thru is alittle tight. Overall pretty good

I was in today with my emotional support dog anyone that knows that emotion support dog has cards which in got, a worker named... Amanda said very rude, and ignorant with no good customer service, said no dogs aloud, I said he's a emotional support dog, shegot very angry and said I need peppers I told her he got papers in stead of asking me to show her my card I ask for the managershe angerly went and got the manager and I explained to him. he seems very understanding, a person like Amanda shouldn't workwith customers it seems she don't like her job, I was going there for four years every week I won't be going back at thatlocation again I just don't feel welcome.
