Did the drive thru on Saturday. The two ladies working were very pleasant and efficient. Great job ladies!

Waited 15 minutes for a coffee, a tea , and a cheese biscuit. Got the coffee before the tea and waited for it. They gave the tea... to another customer who opened it and took a drink to which they realized it was not correct. Then when I asked for another one(because the person drank from it) they said well I guess no one wants any tea. I stood there for another 5 minutes waiting forthem to make the tea but they didn?t. At this point after waiting almost 25 minutes for a very simple order and on my way towork I left. They can have the tea. I will NEVER go back to this location. Horrible customer service. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons in the city. There is new staff there evertime I go...there turnaround rate is unbelievable, so they are... contantly training new staff. Extremely slow service and they are out of half there stuff by lunch. STAY AWAY. And i do notblame the staff i blame who ever thought it was a good idea to run a Tim Hortons that small like a full sized Tims. Sometimeswhen you go they will have like 6 people working in this tiny Tim Hortons and you can watch them tripping over eachother...probably why there is always someone new there. Read more

Absolutely pathetic customer service and I don?t blame the poor staff as he was by himself. I did the mobile order and went to... drive thru to pick up. Waited for long time and no one attended so I parked my car and went in to pick up my mobile order. Iwaited for more than 10 mins inside and one staff was running around attending 3 cars in drive thru and line up of more than 5people. Everyone was frustrated and not happy with the long wait time. This is my second experience at this location so I had toshare it for the owner and Tim Hortons to know their level of customer service. You?re running a retail business and you need tohave staff to offer the service to your customers. Read more

I have been picking up my order for the past few years and almost always have had perfect experiences. The couple times it... didn't go right, it was fixed, no run around, awsome staff always working hard, I see it most morning. Read more

Easily the slowest Tim Hortons in the city. Consistently understaffed, always out of half the goods by early morning, and the... debit only works half the time. The staff are usually nice but you can tell they?re overworked and can?t handle the volume. Read more

The worst service i have ever encountered. They didn?t have anything for breakfast at 10:50 AM. Then i ordered coffee and this... whole time the employee was super rude and yelling through the speakers like she hates her day then i drove off to pay and shesaid i wasn?t done talking thats rude to just drive off. I was shocked with such behaviour towards the customers i dint know whyas soon as she saw she became racist and aggressive i didn?t feel safe dealing with her and just drove away to avoid biggerproblems. I called the store to ask for a manager and there was none available, very strange how no one in charge at a busy TimHortons location. Please avoid this location Read more
