I visit there on my birthday and it was a pleasant experience with them. All the staff members are polite and quick service... provider. Although, they were super busy at that time, but still they all are giving their best and greeting the customerscalmly and happily. I am highly satisfied with the beverages as well as service at the store. Read more

Staff was standing around staring and rudly commenting on customers waiting in line to order. There was a long line of people... waiting to order. Menu was very limited as to what was available because food wasn't prepared. It made no sense with 10 or morestaff. I understand they were busy. Read more

I have complained about this store before. It is mostly regarding their drive thru since I have only used this feature. No... manners...no hello, please, thank you at the window As soon as they take the money or whatever while I'm waiting for my orderthey right away shut the window. My order is rarely consistent in taste I always ask for extra base to my iced coffee. Theyusually either forget or I have no idea what's wrong but the taste is very inconsistent. The line up is ridiculous as in waittime. I really don't know what they do in the store. They shut the window after taking my order even though I can see my orderat the counter! Coupons..they never give them out. I always get an iced coffee and they always have the coupons but won't giveit out. I've asked them for more and they refuse. I only go to this location because it is the most convenient but I hate theservice and I believe all items should be free until they get their act together. Read more

Been stuck in drive through for 30 minutes.... Two cars have gotten their order. I genuinely have no idea what could possibly be... taking so long. I could have brewed 3 pots of coffee at home by now and made 10 bagels. Weird. Read more

Filthy wet bathrooms, law suit waiting to happen. When mentioned to Wendy's staff said they will mention it to the manager when... she gets back???? I use a rollator and they're lucky I didn't slip on the floor. Wet floor sign was up but the floor wassoaked. Slowest in-store food service for 2 people in line but the drive through different story. I should have kept count onthe numerous car orders going through by the time the staff got to us. Just bad service overall. Read more

I got to say I was really disappointed and so was a lot of family. Service was extremely slow and forgetful ( they woukd forget... our drinks) but then again I don't know if they were having a rough day. Also the bathrooms were really dirty and my friend tooka picture because they were grossed out, things need to be kept a little cleaner for a better experience. Read more
