I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a bagel belt and this is what I ended up opening up at work.
You need more training for new staff people. The staff needs to be quicker than what they?re doing and a little bit faster when... they?re taking orders so that there?s not long lineups. I am very loyal to Tim Hortons and I will never stop going to TimHortons but the staff really needs more training. Read more

Tim Hortons is actually a very good franchise, coffee is generally well prepared, the foods that you can get are healthy. I... generally just swing by to pick up a quick coffee when I'm on my way to work but, I have enjoyed many snacks from this wonderfulfranchise and fully Canadian too. Read more
I do not even give this Tim Hortons a 1 star review. Multpli times going to this location and most staff are ignorant and... disrespectful. Go today to be handed the wrong donut, I just mentioned it was wrong and he had an attitude took it back andsays oh we dont have the one you want. I just say I will take the change back for the donut to be asked oh how much would thatbe? Then he proceeds to basically toss 70cents at me and say oh thats out of our tips. We went there on Sunday evening we had a very wonderful time. The stop is super awesome and very humble they are very nice to... one of the rain with the customer it was pretty empty so you we had a wonderful time of the spacious you can get all the itemsyou want to have everything in stock we loved our time at the same hotel as we were coming from Niagara Falls we just want tohave some good time and we definitely had a good time over there Read more
My ratings here is a bit confusing but I'll explain; the food and drink is fine however the service well friendly is always... rushed and everytime my son orders a drink with no whipped cream we need to get a new drink because they put on whip cream. It'salways full of drive thru and they (again well very friendly) mix up orders as there is alot of younger people and chit chatbetween and older workers who have strong accents and you need to repeat something 5 times and it still comes back incorrectit's very inconvenient. If your ordering in it still takes along time however they do have a nice in doors area to sit and manyresidents meet here in the morning. 3 out of 5 as theres alot of good here and promise but alot of stuff needs work Read more
