I was disappointed with the food. My family has come from a funeral 2 days ago and came in hoping to get some food and spend... time with the family. We were a party of 8 but was split into 2 tables even though there were plenty of seats that night. We hadto wait for 40 mins to get our food and when we received our food, the fries were cold and the burger was ok at best but notworth 40 mins to wait for. The nail in the coffin was that we were billed with a gratuity rate due to our party being 8, but wewere not even seated together. We asked to be billed without the gratuity but the server said that it was already in the system.Why couldn't you just start another bill? Never coming back here again. Read more

My server was Mariella! I had such an amazing experience at works, definitely the best works I have been to. The staff was so... helpful, not just to me but everyone around as well and that was very nice to see. The burger was excellent, I made it in timefor the lunch menu and it did not disappoint. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Works. The food quality is top notch and the customer service is... unparalleled. The burgers are super tasty. I love some of the specialty burgers. They also have some of the best onion ringsthat I've ever tried as well as some pretty great shakes. Rarely a chain restaurant deserves 5 star and this one is surely a rarity. Great customer service and food. Indoor ambience is... nice; wish we could have been allowed patio experience as well - time was a concern. Shakes are heavenly. Surely a bit priceybut then again this is not a so called "frozen patty fresh burger" thingy. You pay for a fresh juicy burger and sides, and youget exactly that.
