The Parm House used to be my favorite place to go for lunch but unfortunately my most recent experience was terrible! I ordered... a veal parm sandwich that usually is fantastic! I took a bite and immediately knew something was wrong. There was barely anyveal in it! I called and spoke to the shift manager and she never offered to correct the problem, she just said veal has goneup and we don't put as much in anymore. I said I would not be coming back if that's the case because it tastes like a veggiesandwich and all she said was thanks for the feedback. Very disappointed! Read more
