Very disappointing taste. I have eaten here before and it was nice but today was really bad. The chicken fried rice had a weird... taste. It was just rice and red paste, partly made eggs and chicken. The popcorn chicken didn?t have enough batter on it and itwas dry. No consistency compared to the last time I ordered. I don?t believe I will order again. Read more
Ordered via Doordash. Arrived really fast to Eastmount. Tokayashi was good and sour-savoury, shrimp rolls were very good,... battered squid was super chewy, japanese french fries was like poutine with some kelp and flavoring and pretty good. I just bought Japanese style popcorn chicken, no sauce nothing and too much oil! Was never happened like that before, just so... disappointed today. I Already ordered before coming 25mins, when I came I still had to wait even the store was not busy at all. Read more
First time trying this place. Main dish chicken with rice is very good. (I already finish it, no pic) Authentic test of Asian... food. Dessert is also surprisingly tasty. I think the Tea Hut is probably the best bubble tea shop in Hamilton Ontario. I love their selections of bubble tea flavours and... the option to choose your base e.g black tea, green tea, milk?etc. BONUS on the hot food items! The first time I visited the TeaHut, I also landed up ordering a number of their appetizers, deep fried squid, takoyaki balls, shrimp rolls, and edamame.
