Came here because my kids wanted it. After the first couple bites my kid found a weird looking bug in his food. I took our food... up to the counter and told them and they really didn?t seem to care at all and offered me 2 free tacos. I told them I would likemy money back. They said no. I started to get a little angry and said yes, you are giving me my money back. After talkingamongst themselves for a couple minutes and a call to a manager they did end up giving me my money back. What kind of restaurantoperator would even think of not giving a refund after serving bug infested food? I will NEVER be returning here. Read more
One of the slowest drive thrus ever, dont give you a total or anything when your order is done- but will interrupt you to ask... you to repeat the single order youve given 3 times. I ordered from this location on Uber eats, the quesadillas had way too much chipotle sauce, the cinnamon twist has no cinnamon... on them, the food was cold, one of the tacos was unwrapped in the bag. The service here obviously lacks and reading otherpeople?s reviews I can agree you guys cheap out big on toppings. Huge disappointment not ordering from this location ever again,the one on queenston is way better. Waste of 70 bucks. Read more
The take out experience is terrible. I have never waited more than a staggering 3 minutes at the window. The speed of service... for drive through is almost surprising. The fool I am standing at the front counter waiting 10 minutes for my food in person. Read more
