Felt upset that both the workers had their long hair out when working, and when mentioned it was lied to that she "forgot it at... home" when both were hair out. They have them at the shop, and it was full hair out not even tied. Just a little upset I waslied to when I mentioned a reasonable food safety issue. Read more
I ordered a sandwich on which I asked little more dipping and the guy working in night shift put the full line of dipping, I... think he needs the training how much quantity of sauce is going. The dipping is leaking from the sandwich too much. It's ahorrible place to make food orders. Read more
We had issues with getting a deal from the Subway app to work. However, our super nice sandwich artist was genuine, and very... understanding of the frustrating situation. From a customer service point of view, his response was flawless. Through the way hehandled this situation we were able to still leave the store with smiles on our faces! Read more
