I come here all the time and today I got a very unprofessional response from the manager and will not return. Got 2 mini... sandwiches made by a lady and the manager buds in today was very rude and raised his voice at me because I asked for multiplesauces when he simply could have stated you can only add 2 to 3. Absolutely horrible and unbelievably stingy! I ordered a chopped salad - which I have had at Subway many times - but this guy... put a couple pieces of turkey, one piece of cheese, finger fulls of toppings and three heaping handfuls of lettuce. I was in ahurry and needed dinner so I took it but will NEVER go there again. I am not surprised he doesn't take coupons. There should bestandards across the board for ALL Subway restaurants. Terrible terrible! DO NOT recommend!! I figured I would stop by on my way home from work to grab a sub for lunch, I ordered a... foot long and it was not toasted. I get home excited to eat it but take it out to find it ROCK HARD! You could bang on thebread and it didn?t even move a tiny bit. I understand things can happen but it was so hard I couldn?t eat it. Myself being 45minutes away I called the store to let them know and ask if I could get a refund or if something was able to be done. THEMANAGER told me that ?it?s not his problem? and hung up the phone on me. SUPER disrespectful and took the phone off the hook tonot take care of the situation. i was so excited to get subway for dinner and use the coupons i recently got. first of all this location doesn?t take them???... how can you be a restaurant chain and not accept coupons i get in the mail. and second of all the girl serving us was extremelyrude as soon as i stepped in the door. i could see her in the back and she gave me a glare, this was on march 2nd at 8pm. sowhoever was working you need to get better staff if you want people to come back. i am never coming back to this location and iam telling friends and family not to as well. As far as Subways go, this was one of them. Just kidding, this was a nice to grab a quick lunch and they were quick and... friendly. I had fallen out of love with Subway a few years back and can't recall why. Read more
I had paid 63.85 for dinner at subway on Rymal & this is 1 of the subs.. since when do we not get quality condiments on it..... this was not worth what I paid. I just hope others have better luck with the food then I did tonight. Read more
