I will never set foot in this location again! They are so sneaky!! We ordered a Turkey and Ham sub, they charged us for a... Turkey Sub with the Ham charged separately as an extra. To top it off, I ordered the Green Goddess Veggie Sub and noticed sheskipped the smashed avocado. When I asked she told me it doesn't come with the sub, that it's extra. Ummm, it's written righton the board that it comes with it. I thought the location on Upper Ottawa service was bad but they're actually worse here. What is going on with Subway in Hamilton?? I love Subway, but this is the second time they got my order wrong. Specifically with the sauce. I ordered a cold cut combo with... ceasar sauce, and the first time they gave me mayo instead. I don't like mayo, but that wasn't as bad as the second time, when Iordered the same thing and they put on chipotle sauce. I can't handle spice. I wasn't expecting it to be spicy, so when I took abite, my lips, mouth and throat were burning. I have never seen a subway sooo cheap with toppings or sauces. I asked for olives on a foot long steak and cheese I got 5 slices... of an olive, I said to the lady: can I have more olives please? She throw two more slices!!!! It?s olives not diamonds! The meatscope gets shakedown to the point it is not even flushed with meat. I will never go back there again, ever ! Read more
