This location has been constantly good. Always friendly service, usually very quick as well. They have some slower mornings but... most days they get you right through the drive thru with your order just perfect. Read more
Baristas here have never messed up my drinks. Incredible service and wonderful personalities in the staff. I even had a horrible... experience at a stoney creek starbucks and my drink was super gross and not made properly, in which this starbucks didnthesitate to remake what a different store messed up. Just went to the Starbucks drive thru on Upper James in Hamilton. Ordered venti cold drink, go to the window and was handed a... grande. Told server I ordered a venti and I would pay the difference. She took my grande and all she did to give me the ventiwas added more ice. If that's how starbucks have been making their drinks all along then I've been in the dark. Imagine paying over $15 for a drink and food item only for them to mess up the order. Three separate times this has happened at... this location. How hard is it to make the order right? Everytime I go back they tell me to keep the drink they messed up on - ohwow thanks how about refunding me the money for having to drive back! Nespresso machine it is.
