Was excited to visit the new location however despite the product itself being consistent the service was embarrassing. Sunday... around 5pm I went into the store and did not enjoy listening or watching the employees make comments like "this place is a f@%&mess" , chewing gum and blowing large bubbles is also very unprofessional when handling food and just poor etiquette ingeneral. They were also out of stock on multiple products and the counters and store in general were dirty even though it wasn'tbusy. Someone invested quite a bit of money here which is great , but perhaps not the best team at the moment to protect thatinvestment. Read more
I went through the drive through today around 1pm. The kindest, most polite women served me. She took time to ask how I was... doing and was very cheerful. This is something missing today. Why is the music is soooo LOUD!? ???? I love this warm, cozy and friendly starbucks. I work from home so i always come here to... work instead and i love it. Super friendly team who always greet you entering at the door and have a big warm smile. Wonderful customer service. I visited the drive thru this morning and I have a cold. The woman who served me was lovely and so... sweet, she heard through the speaker that I sounded sick and asked if I was okay. She made a recommendation for a medicine ballfor my throat, and at the window she explained the drink to me, telling me it's great for a sore throat and offering to write itdown for me so I could order it again. Went to this location for my very first Starbucks experience, as soon as I pulled up to the speaker was greeted by awesome... customer service. Had no clue what to order so took a recommendation from one of the female employees working drive-through andall I can say is my sandwich and large coffee was to die for! Amazing way to start my morning. Check this place out! And trythis drink! Will be going back regularly for my mornings! Went here. It's a relatively newer Starbucks. The drive-thru was decently quick. The Barista was nice. One of the times they did... not have the peppermint for the peppermint mocha. Overall it's a nice Starbucks. They have a cool wood siding where you gothrough the drive-thru when you pay at the cashier. I included it in the photos Read more
