The coffee shop was clean and had a positive atmosphere with the employees seeming to enjoy what they were doing. Good selection... of different coffees and drinks although the sizing of cups and large menu can be a little confusing if you don't normally orderStarbucks. Went through the drive-thru and had a pretty long order included with food & drinks (sorry about that again ????) but the girl... at the window was so nice! Apologizing for the delay?giving out samples?having a great conversation while we waited. Iunderstand they are a busier Starbucks (remember only drive thru option on the East Hamilton Mountain) but they know how to makewaiting a good time ???? Read more
I don?t normally go to this Starbucks because it seems my drink is a little complicated to make properly. HOWEVER, tonight was... the 4th time I have come back because my FAVOURITE barista was working. She continuously makes my dragon drink to PERFECTION!!!Some nights I have even ordered TWO! Sarina is THE BEST at not only making my order correctly, but she is so personable andprofessional at her job!!! Sarina needs her own hashtag #belikesarina because she is the raddest employee in that joint! ThanksSarina for ALWAYS making my drink right and being the only reason I come back to this location ?? Lazy workers, bad service. Went in 3 hours before closing and they didn't even have any coffee made. Barista offered espresso... with hot water instead but I politely refused. So she offered to make a pour over, which I gladly accepted and paid for. Shethen began to pursue offering me the espresso with hot water two more times, clearly just being lazy and didn't want to make thepour over. So I told her I would take just the espresso no hot water because I don't like Americano. They made me an Americanoanyway, so took my order thew it out and just went on my way. Didn't bother complaining because it's not like they cared aboutgood service anyway. Loss of $3 for me but a loss of a repeat customer for them. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Go acrossthe street to Indigo, or Limeridge Mall. Even better, just stick with Tim Hortons. The coffees always bad but the food is betterand at least it's something you actually asked for. Read more
One of my favorite locations and they have the nicest staff. Drive-through line takes longer than it probably should but... whatever, definitely worth it! * Just adjusting my rating after the experience I just had lol. Came through for a Ventipineapple refresher and made acouple modifications (add 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder, 2 pumps of cream base blended andpoured over strawberry puree) Obviously probably not the fastest drink to make but everytime I said a modification it seemedlike an issue and then the girl proceeds to inform me that they now charge an extra 0.50 cents to blend drinks. No fault of herown and ill survive on the charge because I wanted it, just wild starbucks can't afford their electric bill anymore and have tocharge to blend a drink lol. Then I pull up to the window and the girl (Maxine) straight up goes "wow, I get to meet the face ofthe complicated order". 10/10 lucky I didn't clap back Karen style but nonetheless super unnecessary ???? First time ordering at this location, it was very busy yet the quality of the drink was perfection. I ordered via app so just... walked in and then out, very quick. The drive through is very busy but they got some great baristas here that make drinks thatare worth the wait. I now see why this location is so popular, I will definitely be ordering from here more often. Beautiful, new and very busy location. Horrible drive through layout is an accident waiting to happen. Huge huge line of cars... wrapped around the building, blocking lane ways to the plaza and other stores. They should make the side door as their mainentrance so walk-in customers don?t have to dodge drive through cars. Also 6 amazing baristas working but the mess of the drivethrough is so bad than more than half of them have to focus on drive through orders and not the lineup inside. Starbucks needsto double the size of this location & hire more people. Read more
As always I love my five bucks coffee, the service is top notch. However, I am disappointed with their breakfast wrap. Mac... Donald's has more substance in their breakfast sandwiches, and expected better quality for double the price . Read more
