I specifically drive to do my shopping at this Metro so that I can get Starbucks on my way out. The last 3 out of 3 times I have... done my shopping here the Starbucks ?unforeseeably? closed at 4 instead of the posted time of 8. My last 2 visits were a wholemonth apart so this is clearly happening often. Wont be driving here to do my shopping anymore. Read more
This Starbucks is the WORST. The service is mega slow?.and they have twice now decided to clean their machines in the morning.... Y?know?when people want coffee. Also? They do not ALLOW customers to tip the staff?.and the have a sign that proudly prohibitstipping. Clearly abysmal management. Read more
Yikes! Today seemed to be the worst day to go to this Starbucks! Thought I?d stop by on my way home to grab a Pumpkin Spice... latte, but when I arrived there, there was a line up of 8 people. Fine, I?m willing to wait. So I waited 10 mins, and the twoladies (a blonde one and brunette one) there were doing nothing. The same people that were there when I arrived were still atthe cash register. Not sure why it was so taking so long for the staff to take the order. I wish they were more transparent asto what was going on, instead of making people wait for 10 mins confused and tired. Finally the line has moved one person, andthey finally tell the gentleman that wants a pumpkin spice drink that they are out of it today! No signage, no transparency,nothing that lets customers that have been waiting 20 mins to order know that they are out of a popular drink. That rubbed mewrong, honestly. And of course the customer was frustrated and so was a lot of people. Probably wouldn?t go here ever again,can?t believe what I witnessed today. I know you guys can do better. Read more
I?m rating this Starbucks because the baristas are so positive and joyful! I always seem to have lovely chats with the staff as... they prepare my order. The drinks are made quickly and with care. Read more
