I order from this location at least once a week; lately I have noticed laziness and carelessness when making my drink. My... husband and I are lactose intolerant, yet We keep receiving products with dairy milk. I know the taste difference, I know how itmakes my stomach feel- please be more mindful! ( if a manager is reading this, please don?t yell at your employees. Kindlyexplain the situation and figure out a solution to make sure it doesn?t happen again. 2022 August 3.5? A Starbucks that opens relatively late. The location faces the main street. There's a few patio tables outside.... Good amount of Seating inside. Typical Starbucks and selection of products. Staff seem fine. Limited Free 1 hour Parking isavailable on select spots. Otherwise, it's paid parking. Drive thru is available. Read more
I got my farppuccino and was just ice and whip cream and so light . This is not the first time
I'm not sure why everyone thinks the service here is so great. Every time I go there's an issue and the service is terrible.... Staff do NOT acknowledge you, esp if you've been waiting too long for a mobile order. This morning it took almost 15 minutes tofulfill my coffee order, COFFEE nothing special, and when I asked one of the staff they ignored me and walked away.....notfriendly, not helpful. The drive through is SO slow, I've been through before and they completely forgot what I had ordered anddidn't have it ready so I had to re-order and wait longer...there needs to be some change at this location. doesn't seem to be the best at making the iced frappuccinos. mine was very runny, therefore not very cold or enjoyable on a hot... day. The staff are friendly enough and I'm sure they'd remake it if I asked, but I picked up my drink on the way to work andcouldn't spare the time to wait for them to remake it. Read more
My local Starbucks is one of the best locations, if not the best location, in Hamilton for sure! There is rarely a long lineup... due to the amazingly quick service and focus on the drive-thru. Through the pandemic they limited their service to onlydrive-thru orders and mobile pickup but now that they have reopened their dining services we decided to step in for a"Refresher"! Filled with huge chunks of fruit and a good amount of lemonade these were just the treat on a hot day. The kiwistarfruit and the mango pitaya hit the spot to be sure. We will be returning! Read more
Best Starbucks by far. The staff are always happy and helpful. Got my birthday drink today and a birthday cake pop.
