I always have the worst experience at this location; it?s busy, overcrowded, understaffed and the workers have an attitude. I... ordered today through the mobile app and some of the things I ordered/paid for weren?t in stock when I arrived at the store.When I had asked what I can replace it with, I was like told to pick something and pay the difference. Of course I don?t mind,but when there?s a whole line of people and a ton that were waiting for food/drinks, it seemed quite unpractical as I was in ahurry. It would have been nice to know that they didn?t have stock before ordering, especially since the food isn?t cheap. ThenI was told a refund would appear on my Starbucks card, and it never did. So not only did I not get what I ordered, but I alsolost money in the process. This is so unprofessional and incredibly rude. I am very disappointed with my visit and will doanything I can to avoid this location going forward. If you want proper service, find another location and save your time/money. Read more
Good Starbucks though but lines were really crowed. There're few seats indoor and outside. But avoid going the peak time, you... have to wait 15-30 minutes for the drink and lines are messy Read more
I have went to this location a few times now with friends/family. It's a nice enough store that is clean and seems well... managed. Our only issue is because it's located in the mall the lines can be pretty brutal. And the occasional Karen who can"taste the difference between 2 full pumps of caramel and 2 not fully pressed down ones" can be time consuming. But more powerto the employees who take it with a smile & service them happily. Read more
This starbucks is AWESOME! They're usually very quick, sometimes their store does get busy and there's a bit of a wait but... they're always quick to clear the queue. So many of the staff are veeeerrrryy friendly and personable! They make coming tostarbucks very fun! Read more
Took 15 minutes to make a lemonade with no other customers in the store. Four teenagers goofing off trying to catch a fly in a... cup. I could see from where I was waiting that the flavour jug of the drink I ordered was empty. After the barista saw this, shesimply filled my cup with the jug beside it (the wrong drink). I didn?t care enough at this point to say anything so I left.It?s a shame, I love Starbucks. Read more
I?m giving 5 starts today because of Gabriella at the cash register. She has INCREDIBLE customer service skills as Starbucks... employee. Seriously the best I?ve seen. She handled the chaos without breaking her smile once, every request, complaint etc. Ijust waited 45 minutes - to an hour in line to get my regular drink order only to find out they were sold out of their lemonade.I got a substitute but it was not good at all and I was extremely disappointed obviously after that wait. But I can?t stressenough how kind, apologetic and helpful Gabriella was on behalf of Starbucks. She deserves something for going the extra mile :) Read more
