Horrible service! Who hired the women behind the counter? They were slow and had no regard for the customers waiting in line,... while they chatted away amongst themselves. They took exceptionally longer than usual to make my pumpkin spice latte. the drinkwas cold, and did not taste as it usually does when purchased from Starbucks off campus. They then ran out of lids, and tookseveral minutes to restock. There is no regard fro customers time at all. I will not be visiting the Starbucks in the H wingever again! Read more
service was so awful, the only worker was on her phone while there was a huge line up, they were so clumsy they kept spilling... coffee all over the counter and the blender EXPLODED so one worker had to leave because she "smelt" bad, they were hugging eachother ignoring the busy line up. Take in this all happened in one setting. Also they had no supplies! If I could give this 0stars I would! We waited in line for half an hour. Read more
