Have been here many times, always had amazing food and very good happy staff who treat customers right but recently for the very... first time, the girl who took our order, took wrong order for 2 items. When we went to explain her for replacing just one item,as my friend could not eat the ingredient of that item, the girl got upset and was extremely rude and we said we have been hereso many times and no one was rude like her, she said she does not care. I love to go there and I have been to so many Royal panin different cities and best things apart from good food Is great staff but this girl made wrong impression that they are verybusy now so they do not care to treat people right. We were not expecting her to replace both items but the way she talked wasvery rude. We were group of people and she repeated order but still got incorrect order and she argued that she was right and weall were wrong and she does not care. Extremely rude. Read more
Awesome indian food. Specially you can enjoy some street food of india at here.
Coming back to edit this review. This place went downhill suparfast in no time. Look at this "bahubali sandwich" for which they... charged 11$. Super dry, no taste. Look at this oils samosa chaat with no taste and lots of OIL. 30$bill for 3 items with notaste and had to wait Whooping 1 hour to get only 3 items. Can't believe how horrible this has become. Royal Paan is known for its meetha paan, falooda and vara pao I had vara pao, methi puri and masala dosa. All of it was up to... the mark. However, the business should work on their ambience and ventilation to make it more comfortable for customers to enjoytheir food ????? Read more
This is a very nice place to have Indian food. The quality and taste of the food is very good. We recommend this place.
I am new to Hamilton so thought let's have some Desi food but here I am, with lot of oil and lot of spice in samosa chat. It... supposed to have sweet chutney but the guy who made it, he added lot of oil which you can see in the picture with too much souryogurt. Chickpeas were literally row and mango lassi was only water not satisfied from this location. Will never comeback again.Hope I could give 0 star. Read more
They will steal your money. Third class restaurant, third class employees. If you want to have a worst experience, please go... there. They are rude and arrogant and won't listen to your complaint. They are ruining the image of Royal pan. I think royal panshould take back their franchise from them. What you can get in $5 in Mississauga or Brampton, it is $12 here. And if you saythat to them they become angry. All good reviews here are only given by their own friends and relatives. So do not trust them. Read more
