Worker doesn't seem like they want to work there at all time. Drink taste awful at most time. Water down drinks either too much... ice or a lot of milk. Sometime out of tea and just add in some hot water to fill to the top. They never have any topping readyand they will tell you they don't have it. Worker always changing the trash and right after making drinks for customer withoutwashing their hand throughout the day. This is not only the first visit but many other visit. Sometime worker rush the work andsometime they just let you wait in the line and never serve you. If you ever used aps for this brand name bubble tea in thislocation, this store does not want to give you the point, cash you out with a debit or credit machine and will tell you i can'tgo back to give you the points. worker or owner of this place does the same. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. Out of nowhere he barged in telling me no we can't do this and that. If someone is... simply new to your store you don't have to act like a know it all and be dismissive. Also the pineapple smoothie was mediocreand tasted like syrup. Very bad Read more
Great service and good location (very close from entrance). One of the girl(I forgot her name) is very friendly and hard... working. I love mango diamond slush and most of time I ordered from the app which comes very handy during my short lunch time. Read more
We love bubble tea, but we didn't like the flavor here. It had a weird taste. We ordered Taro n Matcha. It was tasting awful.... Giving 2 stars just coz there was only one girl working and she did her best. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. Read more
