My boyfriend & I were just there. We arrived at 9:45 and they close at 11pm. Very little chicken was prepared, and when asked if... more was coming out, the lady behind the counter preparing orders was very rude & said it would take 20 mins. My bf & I werefine with whatever chicken they had. He got the Tuesday 2PC deal, however they did not have chicken made, but kindly compromisedto give him something else for the same price. They asked spicy or mild, he requested spicy, they said they only had mild, sookay, he took mild (only to bring it home and it was spicy). I got 3pc Tenders, same thing - I asked for spicy, they only hadmild, but yet received spicy. The cashier was very kind, however the lady behind her was not - kept making comments to othercustomers that were coming in complaining about the 20 min wait (rolling her eyes, saying that they were closing soon (mind you,it was still a quarter to 10, and they close at 11) ) I will no longer be returning to this location, as every time that we haveordered, there has been some sort of confusion, and unprofessional behaviour. Overcooked and dry chicken. The staff had a hard time understanding English. I mean c'mon our main language is english so... learn it. They also forgot my 6 signature pieces and had to go back. Never again. Read more

Great staff who are very friendly. The food is hot and service is fast. Nice to relax and enjoy your meal without rushing.

Suman, the manager (or whatever she was, she seemed to be in charge of the staff) was very friendly and a helpful young lady. ... She went out of her way to explain a few things to us as we are new to Popeyes. She also made some nice comments about ourgroup and was just all around pleasant to us. Popeyes should reward her and motivate her to stay on. I've seen businesses losegood people like this, so I recommend that Popeyes acknowledge and reward her! Top notch lady! If you go after 9 pm you will be surprised by the lak of service. I have ordered 2 pieces combo, mild and dark meet. Waited for... 10 minutes and then they called me and notified me If I want dark meet I have to wait another 10 minutes. The excuse was evenworse, the person who took the order didn't know the situation! I've been a long time customer but it is for the owner thatevery shift has different quality of service. Staff is okay. Chicken is so small that it looks like a chicken wing instead of chicken leg. One of the workers did not have a... hairnet on. Hairnet should be a must when handling food. Location has had no ketchup packets for a while and other condiments.That is real inconvenience for the customers. I?m not sure if I will be returning to this location due to the very smallchicken. The service was good, friendly and timely. I had the Sunday Jr chicken burgers special and small fries. It was tasty and... enjoyable but the portion size can be improved closer to their advertisement photos I find. But this is to be expected from mostrestaurants in the industry. The overall dining area was very clean and maintained. Unfortunately, no indoor dining is availabledue to the pandemic. If you like Cajun food, give Popeyes a try. ???? Read more
