Horrid. Ordered online and they apparently never received it. This is something that might happen but as a restaurant you have... to do your best when something unexpected happens. I called when I arrived to ask if it was ready and received the worstcustomer service as a response, got hung up on twice even when I was speaking to them kindly. I was in a rush having hadordered 20 mins prior to pick up, and was told I had to wait for the supervisor to call me back before they hung up on me thefirst time. When I called back they said to come in and they will try to figure things. What is there to figure out? Make me myfood or let me know you can?t? I asked if I could just have a time to pick up and they said come inside and ?we will do ourbest?. Here I was cut off mid sentence with the second Hang up in 5 minutes. I wasn?t going to look for and pay for parkingwhile they figured out something as basic as this. Will be getting in touch with higher management for a refund. Currentlywithout food and $42 short! none of the drinks were full. i just call that lazy and bad service. but that isn?t the worst of it. food took forever to be... made just to get mild chicken when i ordered spicy. but that ain?t even it there was a whole black hair at the bottom of mypotatoes!! i ate almost all of it just to find out it was grossly handled! so disappointed i love popeyes. Ordered online. Food was not ready for pick up. I placed the order around 1220 PM and picked the time 105 PM. Mac and cheese... tasted sour. Why does it taste sour? Also during the lunch rush, why only have one person in the kitchen cooking and three upfront? That doesn't make sense. Read more

Just now ordered from this disgusting restaurant. Rice had a foul smell like really bad. Must be days old. Same with the fries,... stale and chewy. Chicken was extremely dry. The only thing good they sent was FANTA. Bravo! Read more
