I asked for spicy chicken and was given mild. I took one bite and brought it to the front counter to tell them about the... mistake. I was told I was given spicy chicken. It was not the spicy chicken. Apparently I know more about their chicken than thestaff because you can clearly tell the difference even just by looking at the meat. Ordered my food through Uber eats and this restaurant is 5 mins from where I live and it took over an hour my sandwich is soaked... with water and freezing cold my max and cheese is cold and my drink is warm I paid 20 dollars for a chicken sandwich meal thattook over and hour to get to me and I couldn?t eat! I am very annoyed honestly. Before I use to order popeyes through skip the dishes and everything would always be excellent.... However, now I have ordered 3-4 times recently and EVERY TIME SINCE THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING IN MY ORDER!!! i ordered anextra Box of fries, they forget that, I order a combo, they forget the drink and even if they don?t forget something, theportions within the meal are ridiculous they can?t even fill up the whole damn box. Always half empty. They don?t even botherputting utensils in the order when I obviously would need them. I understand once in a while mistakes happen, they?re human. Butthese mistakes have been happening consistently over and over again and I?m done. I am never ordering food from here ever again.Truly frustrating. Read more

Small location. For some reason, even though there are not too many customers inside (maybe 3) the parking lot was full... ???? Well, the girls at customer service are very nice. I saw the kitchen guys and they were working well, however, eventhough there was no customers before us, we had to wait kind of 20 mins for our order. It would be good to review theiroperational and training practices so they can improve their customer experience. My appreciation is that it is notintentional. I will give them another try. Food was dry and didn't taste good. Drinks smelled like chlorine. I Wouldn't suggest to anyone. Popcorn shrimps were so dry and... small i thought it was just deep fried bread crumbs. Fish was also so thin with lots of butter , not tasty. Just overpricedjunk. Read more
