Service was unacceptable - the girl working could have cared less about our order (which I get, but sorry it's your job) and did... not double check with us and instead "cancelled" part of our order. We watched her throw out our receipt without asking so wewere unable to confirm that we did not pay for this item. When we called back about our missing item the manager, who had notbeen helping us, knew all about our order and insisted that we did not pay for the item, which felt sketchy. Unbelievably delicious, they do everything right. Their gourmet Signature Chicken and Handcrafted Tenders are crispy goodness... and it always have you coming back for more. The spicy version of chicken sandwich are out of this world. Butterfly Shrimp andPopcorn Shrimp with Buttermilk ranch sauce was like heaven on earth. Regular white chicken wings and breasts are juicy and weenjoyed it, so Yummy!!! Cinnamon Apple Pie & Strawberry Cream Cheese Fried Pie - dessert are so appealing. Popeyes is, in my opinion, by far the most random fast food place. You never know what you're going to get. You may get really... good chicken and fresh hot fries. But more often than not they'll let you down. It just seems as though the staff doesn't carewhat they serve you. Or how poorly they treat people who have entrusted them with providing a decent meal. I was going to tryChurch's now that they're trying a Canadian comeback. But with too many poor reviews I decided to stick with Popeyes. Baddecision. Of all the bad Popeye's experiences I've had in Canada this was the worst location. Not only did it take far too longto get the food but it was terrible. And not in the usual Popeyes way. The chicken nuggets were way overcooked. I mean way!! Youcould break a tooth on these chatted remains. And they treated terrible. Yuck. Right in the garbage. The 10 fries that came withthem weren't bad at all. But seriously, why were the fries a quarter the size of a usual order? How many tries are you supposedto give the same place? I'm in the double digits. As bad as KFC is, at least they're consistent. I'd rather know what I'm infor. But I think Popeyes has now converted me to be a Mary Brown's customer.
