Online order.Claimed there wasn't a buzzer number. I inputted it and my apt number. Got there late. They refused to bring it up... and when I got it part of the order was missing. I refused the order and now some guy said they will refund in a couple days !!!Out 30 bucks ,no pizza. Driver and store workers were rude.The only polite person was the illegal alien working the front whosenglish was lacking. Customer service at its best ! LMAO Read more
This was the worst pizza pizza I?ve ever had. Only tried it out of convenience of location near my kids music lessons. Never... again. This chain hasn?t made a decent pizza for decades but this was inedible. Thin, burnt, hard cardboard crust like theysized down the crust to make it work for a bigger sized pizza - I didn?t order thin crust!! It was sharp too cut the roof of mymouth!! Awful pizza my kids wouldn?t even eat it. Waste of money. Read more
Omg why do i order from this pizza pizza, the pizza was so bad. Almost burnt but very wet on top of the crust . The flavour was... horrible. Must be this location because i have had their pizza from other locations and it was much better. Read more
They over cooked my wings and there was thin short strands of hair or something on them along with my pizza. Also the chicken... wings were sitting out of the freezer, out in the open and uncovered for a while; who knows how long and probably to thaw themto reduce future cooking times. I believe it was sitting out too long which caused the wings to no longer be completely frozenso when they fried them they burnt easily. Those guys will never see me there again. Read more
Normally I have not had a good experience with Pizza Pizza. Today I made a quick decision to stop at the Queenston Pizza Pizza... near the traffic circle. I watch an act of human kindness that I didn't expect. I watched as a skinney teenager had placed hisorder and when it came time to pay he didn't have enough. The cashier didn't embarrassed him, he just said pay me next time.That one small act of kindness and compassion will make me return to that Pizza Pizza store again. It made my day. Read more
By far the best pizza pizza around. Everytime we have ordered in the last 5 months has been incredible, and I'm not going to lie... I really don't like pizza pizza very much but my kids love the panzarottis. We decided one day to try the thick crust GAMECHANGER!!! and to order the small or mediums instead and this below is what you get! When I say restuarant specialty style pizzaI'm not lying it's to die for the cheese and topping are on point the crust charred someone knows what they are doing! I'llnever order from another pizza pizza don't lose this cook under any circumstances lol! Job well done all employees! I alsocalled in to pizza pizza to let them know as well and they were excited to hear and said they would be letting the regionalmanager and others and store know to! Wish i could give 0 BIG STARS, ordered a pizza on Uber Eats, waited half hour for a spoiled pizza, called the restaurant and... they said we cant control delivery, and offered no apologies. Disgusting, threw it in Garbage as you can see the pics, alltopping fell on one side of the pizza. Read more
