This location is awful! They never have slices ready, even at 5 pm. They only pull up their masks when people walk in the door,... even when packaging orders. When they do have slices, they are burnt. They don't even roll out the dough properly. ( it's thickand heavy. ) Update Nov 2022 Nothing has changed. Went there on a Sunday afternoon and the place was filthy. None of the tableswere cleaned and it looked like the floors were not swept and mopped in days. I needed to grab wipes from my car to clean off atable so my family could have a slice, meanwhile the employee sat in the back on their phone. Read more

Ordered two basic pizzas last night. They were undercooked and didn?t taste right. Both myself and my kids had upset stomachs.... I?ve been in the bathroom and throwing up ever since. Definitely worried that I got food poisoning from the pizza. Would NOTrecommend ordering from here. I won?t be again, that?s for sure. Read more
I waited more than an hour to get my pizza, and when called the Customer service they said the driver will call you, after few... minutes the driver called me saying he delivered the pizza, i told him I didn?t get it he said ok ok we will get you you anotherone and hung up the phone , he was so rude. Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour. Sat on hold with customer service for 30 min after giving up. While walking up to bed,... the pizza delivery guy showed up, an hour and 45 min after I placed my order. I told him to take it back, we weren't hungryanymore and asked for my money back. We were told we had to call customer service, I told him they don't pick up the phone. Atthis point I'll deal with it tomorrow and call VISA instead. Never order from this place, ever. Read more
Food came much after 45 minutes (ended up coming over an hour after) meaning it should have been free (for delivery) and the... owner was arguing and making excuses that it was not free due it being a pick up order when in actuality it was a delivery withan address input prompt. On top of that they driver mentioned that his boss pushed the order to the side and essentially impliedthat he (the driver) was responsible for convincing us that we still needed to pay. This location is the most illegitimate andunprofessional pizza pizza in the city, it is a complete joke! Read more
So disappointed today , called in my order for pick up 5 minutes later customer service called to advise the order taker put the... order in for the wrong date , repeated my order multiple times , picked it up and still wrong! Worst customer service ever ! Read more
