If you like a big bowl of soup it's the place . There flavors of food are wonderful but not a great place for older people .

Careless about deliveries, rather serve in store customers before making Pre Ordered customers, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER... November 18th 4pm : Asked for the pork and chicken to be cut but I didn't get that plus an undercooked egg and the worst... presentation I've ever seen from this place and I know its because I asked for my food to be cut because they only cut 1 tinypiece off the pork as shown in the picture. They use vermicelli noodles for their pho, but switched their vermicelli noodles in their vermicelli to a round rice noodle..... which is ironic to say the very least. Read more

Not a fan of the fresh rolls with large noodles but that's just a personal preference also feel that there could be more meat in... them. Wontons themselves are quite nice...broth a bit basic. Pho is good - But for a take out order large I do want more than ahalf container of broth. I find the service at the Upper James location to be up and down most times with a feeling of beingrushed. The spring rolls had like spam or luncheon meat n were salty. They were huge though. Mango salad was super and so was durian... milkshake. Make the spring roll filling less salty because it already comes with fish sauce dip. I'll definitely order outagain- other dishes! Read more

My favourite spot for pho was closed so I came here, wasn't the worst but I probably won?t come back. Portions were good and... service was fast. The picture of the cheese wontons was half way through eating them, meaning they did come with more thanshown. Read more
