Very disappointed in the way they prepare beyond meat option. When I came into the restaurant I could see that both sides of the... grill had different varieties of meat on the grills. I asked a girl how they prepare the beyond meat option. First, she didn'tknow what I was talking about and had to ask me three times to repeat the question. The girl became rude and impatient with myquestioning her about this . Very unprofessional! Then she said she would clean a part of the grill for the beyond meat option.This is not restaurant protocol! This cleaning a portion of the grill with meat all around it does not make this optionvegetarian or vegan. Proper restaurant protocol would be to have a completely separate Grill for a vegetarian vegan option.Needless to say I did not continue to place my order due to the lack of cleanliness or proper hygiene in regards to the way theyprepare their food. If you are going to offer beyond meat options than it is your responsibility and duty to make sure that thefood you prepare is done properly and in accordance to what you are offering. I love the food Osmow's makes, however the migration to Door Dash has been a nightmare. I can't even order food for pickup... without going through Door Dash. Previous ordering instance, ordered 4 dinners and only 3 showed up, and what was theresolution? Door Dash refund the next day (doesn't help me feed the family dinner) This last experience, ordered pick-up, paidonline. THEN, I get two separate messages cancelling half the order and it gives me the phone number to call if I have anyquestions. I called immediately and repeatedly and was unable to cancel the 2 orders they are currently preparing. After givingup and driving to the store, I found no phone ringing despite the voicemail being full. Don't bother calling, they don't careenough to even have the phone connected. While waiting in line I discovered they had no beef at all and any beef orders onlinewere paid and then cancelled (why bother updating your online portal). Then when in-store they claimed they couldn't help me andI had to go through Door Dash to get my money back. I was not able to secure a refund for half my order, and will not beordering from Osmow's anymore. Thankfully Hamilton does not need franchises to have good food. Read more

I have been to many Osmow's and this location is no different in terms of food. The food is good and the portion size is... generous. The big difference at this location is the staff. They are always kind, friendly and thoughtful. Tonight when Ibrought my 2 year old to pick up takeout after a long day, the lovely gentleman cooking our food gave my son a free portion offries to munch on while we waited. What a kind gesture and much appreciated! We will continue to patron this establishment andyou should too! Read more

I never write reviews but with this terrible experience I felt like I had to. Absolutely horrible customer service. First they... get your order wrong and don't answer their phones. Had to drive all the way in to get my correct order, even after I ordereddelivery. No compensation or sympathy given whatsoever by the owner. Rice and chicken are cold and dry, not to mention thechicken is basically non existent. I've had Osmow's plenty of times, but never coming back to this location.
