Mr. Grande is always a great value. I picked up a junior slab for Halloween tonight and snuck a piece when I came home. It's... always fresh and delicious. We ordered 4 massive pizzas this past weekend. I don't know if it takes better hot and cheesy, or cold when it's fluffy. So so... good. Easy on the sauce and flavors. My new fav pizza location in the city. Read more

Ordered from here before, it's been okay in the past.. our last order was completely a different story. The pizza was overcooked... and chewy, wings were dry and garlic bread was hard as a rock. The customer service was brutal (not even a sorry) needless tosay, I'll be thinking twice about ordering from here again. Read more
Pizza was delicious. We bought the night before we needed due to the business hours not accommodating our required time the next... day. The guys gave me smaller boxes to repackage to accommodate a regular fridge. We will definitely head there again when werequire a large amount of pizza. Read more

Usually love this pizza, and was very excited to try this steeltown pizza. I was very disappointed when I came home and saw it... burnt to a crisp. When I called I spoke to someone and they asked me what I wanted to do about it. Which I thought was prettyrude. I expected better customer service than this. Doubt I?ll be back eating this again. I have been a longtime consumer of this pizza. I always thought it was a great solution to large family dinners. We were so... excited to try the Steeltown Chow pizza and we usually order our pizza well done. After we drive across the mountain to pick itup we got home to find out the underside of the pizza was burnt so badly you couldn?t bite through it. They also gave us lesswings than advertised but don?t bother complaining if you?re unhappy. These guys gave me the run around for a week and neverfulfilled their promise to make any of this better. They offered a refund at the time but when I called back to talk to themanager they revoked the offer. It is what it is when you pick up a giant pizza from Mister Grande.
